Tubbs <br />President of the board of Trustees <br />City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 0EDERING WORK <br /> <br /> No. 1540 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana, on the 15th day of June, 1925, passed its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 15B6, to order the hereinafter described work <br />to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a por- <br />tion of North Broadway in said City, which Resolution of In- <br />tention No. 1526 was ~ly and legally published twice in the <br />Santa Aha Daily Evening ~egister, a daily newspaper published <br />and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as re~lired by <br />law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. He~l~k, princi. <br />pal clerk oF the printers and publishers of said daily newspa- <br />per, and which affidavit was filed in the ~ftce of the Clerk <br />of said City of Santa Ana on the 2Vth day of June, 19B5, and <br />now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso <br />lutton of Intention No. 15B6, the Street Superintendent of the <br />City of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the <br /> <br />contemplated work and Improvement, <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, <br />the passage ~f said Resolution of <br /> <br />at not more than three hun- <br />and 60 in all, notices of <br />Intention, headed NOTICE OF <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, <br />and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- <br />ously posted copies of said Notice along all of the open street <br />and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post o~ <br />each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 60 notices <br />and <br /> <br /> ~VHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Aha commenced to post said notices on the 29th day of <br />June, 1925, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 29t <br />day of June, 1925, more than ten days before the day set for <br />hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and im- <br />provement, all as appears by the ~ffidavit of Nat H.
