376 ¥~EREA$, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled snd denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha having now acquired Jurisdiction to order the pro- posed impr~ement, it is hereby: RESOLVED AND ORDERED, that the public interest ~nd con- venience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha hereby orders the followlng work to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Aha, as follows: 'The vacating and abandonment of that portion ~f alley in Trac$ No. 81, page 31, Records of Orange County, California, extending from the North llne of Cubbon Street to a point 98.VV feet North thereof, same being between Orange ~nd Cypress Ave- hUeS. The said portion to be abandoned is more particularly described as follows: Located in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and described a~ follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 93, of Tract No. 81, as per maps thereof on file in Niscellaneous Naps, Book 10, page ~l, Records of Orange County, California, said point being also on the North line of East Cubbon Street, thence Wes- terly along the North line of East Cubbon Street to the South- east corner of Lot E of the said Tract; thence Northerly along the East line of Lots ~ and I of the said Tract to the Northeast corner of the said Lot l, said point being also on the North line of the said tract; thence Easterly ~ong the said North line of the said Tract to the Northwest corner of Lot 9~ of the said Tract; thence Southerly aloug the West of the said Lots 94 and ~5 to the point of beginning. The p~bllc work ordered snd the improvement to be made is for the purpose of closing up and abandoning a certain public thoroughfare, to-wit, an alley, and for that reason no district is chargeable therewith. All of the herein proposed worW shall be done in pur- suance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Street Opening Act of 1889, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 15~, which is dated the 18th day of June, 1995, and on file with the Clerk of the City of Santa Anao The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is herSw!th in- structed to record a copy of this Resolution Ordering Improve- ment, in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
