RESOLVED, that the said Board of Trustees hereby re- <br />jects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work <br />and improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit, <br />Steele Finley at the price named in his bid, as fol]ows,to-wlt: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The excavation and const~ction of one (1) <br />Concrete Sewer Flush tank, complete with the furnishing of all <br />necessary equipment, labor and material for the ~m of One hun. <br />dred ten dollars ($110.00) complete. <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby direc- <br />ted to post notice of this award conspicuously for five days <br />on or near the chamber door of the Council Chamber of the <br />Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, and also publish <br />said notice twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a <br />daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa <br />Ana, and hereby designated for that purpose by said Board of <br />Trustees. <br /> <br /> <br />
