Ve~ely <br />Clerk of the City of S~nta Aris <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET <br />PROVENENT BONDS ~URSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1ZS~, <br />DETERNINING THE ~OUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE <br />DENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list <br />of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form re- <br />quired by law, that the warrant, assessment and 8i~gram recorded <br />on the 16th day of June, 1928, for the work and improvement <br />made by Griffith Company, under that certain Contract awarde~ <br />to it on the 8th day of January, 1925, on Orange ~nd Cypress <br />Avenues; and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were <br />returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together <br />with a written statement of all payments received upon the said <br />assessment, and after the fu~l expiration of twenty (90) days <br />from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent du~y <br />made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa An~, <br />a complete list of all assessments uspaid upon the said assess- <br />ment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk <br />of said City, now upon evidence shown this Board determines <br />that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the <br />total aggregate thereof being the sum of Thirty-seven Thousand, <br />Six Hundred Forty-one and 09/lOOths ($37,641.09) Dollars, and <br />that assessments nuGnbered ~4, 87, 88 and 89, aggregating the <br />sum of Nine Hundred Eleven and 82/lOOth~ ($911.82) Dollars have <br />since been paid, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of <br />Thirty-six Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty-nine and 57/lOOths <br />(~36,729.87) Dollars upon the assessments shown upon said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby msde to Resolution of Intention <br /> <br /> <br />
