The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby direc- ted to post notice of this award conspicuously for five days on or near the Chamber door of the Council Chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, and also publish said notice twice in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the City of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose by said Board of Trustees.
