Vesely <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 155V <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFOPdIIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IM- <br />PROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1321, <br />DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSM~TS, PRESCRIBING THE <br />DENOMINATION 00 ~UCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE. <br /> <br /> V~ereas, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list <br /> <br />of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram re- <br />corded on the Vth day of July, 1925, fc~ the work and improve- <br />ment of North Park Boulevard and other streets, under that <br />certain contract executed by Orange County Trust.and Savings <br />Bank and other property owners as contractor, and assigned by <br />them to B.R. Ford; and that said warrant, assessment and dia- <br />gram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, <br />together with a written statement of all payments received <br />upon the said assessment, and after the full explration of <br />Twenty (20) days from the date of said Warrant, the Street <br />Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said <br />City of Santa Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid <br />upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the of- <br />lice of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown <br />this Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned <br />were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of <br />Eighty-one Thousand, Thirty-six and 81/100 ($81,058.81) Dollars, <br />and that no assessments have since been paid, and that there <br />now remains unpaid the sum of Eighty One Thousand, Thirty Six <br />and 81/lO0 Dollars upon the assessments shown on said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Remlution of Intention <br /> <br />No. 1321, of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br />passed the 25th day of August, 1924, for a complete description <br />of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assess- <br /> <br /> <br />
