P~eolution of Inten~ on No. 154V, the Street Su~rinten- dent of the Citer of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the li~e of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, and 25 in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF I~P~ VEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of said Notice along all of the open streets and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on each street at least ~ notices and on said streets 25 notices; and W~EREAS, the Street Su~erlntenden~ of the C~ty of commenced to post said notice on the ]Sth day! Santa Ana of August, 1925, and fully completed the posting thereof on the 15th day of August, 1925, more than ten days be- fore the da2 set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and ~mprovement, ail as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 18th day of August, 1925, and now on file therein; and WHEREAS, the Hoard of Trustees ~f the ~ity of Santa Aha was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof at the hour of V:30 o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 31st day of August, 1925, being the day, hour and place named in the P~esolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and where any and ail persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvemen~ might a~pear before the Hoard of ~rustees and show cause why eai~ proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention; and WHEREAS, al~ protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ~na having now acquired Jurisdictlo to order the proposed improvement, it is hereby: RESOLVED, that the public interest ~nd convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the ~oard of Trustees of the City of Santa Sna hereby orders the following work to be done and improvement made in the City of Santa Ana as follows:
