Ail of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Celifornle, designated Improvement Act of 1911, end ~mendments thereto. For further p~rtleulers, reference is hereby mede to said Resolution of Intention No. 1547, whleh is dated the 3rd day of August, 1925, and on f~]e w~th the Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. The Clerk of the City of S~nta Aha is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the plane end specifications therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Char~ber door of the Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or b{ds fer doing the work ordered~ he is also directed to publish twice s notice inviting such proposals end referring to the soeciflcatfons posted or on file, in the Santa Aha Diley Evenln~ kegister, e daily newspaper published and c~rculated in t~e City of Sents Aha, and hereby destrn~ted for that purpose.
