Ve~el~f <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION O~ERRULING PROTESTS OR (BJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSt~,~ENT, APPROVING ,~.SSESSI.iENT AND 0RDERSN~ THE <br />STR;:ET cUP ,RII~ TENDENT TO ~T~ACH WARRANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />1573. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Bo~'d of Tz~stees of the City of Santa <br />Aha did, on the 25th day of May, 1925, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1504, for the improvement of Borchard Avenue <br />and Olive Street; and whereaa~ on the 14th day of Sept., <br />1925, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an <br />assessment to cover the stur, d~e for the work perfo~ned and <br />specifie~ in the contract made under proceedings for the <br />said improvement~ which assessment ~agram was anproved by <br />the Board of Trustees of said City on the ~lst day of Augus~ <br />1925. <br /> <br /> aND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aaa ha~ <br />given notice required by law in which notice October 5th, <br />1925, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.N. was fixed as the <br />time, and the Council Chm~er of the City Hall of said City <br />as the place where any and all persons interested in the <br />said work might be heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved <br />has filed with the Board'of Trustees a written objection t~ <br />said assessment as required by law; and whereaw, at the tlm~ <br />set for the hearing of protests and objections the Board of <br />Trustees of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all o~ <br />said protests or objections to said assessment or the work <br />done having been heard; it is hereby; it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha that all of the said protests or objections again~ <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be <br />and the same are hereby overruled and denied, and the asses~ <br />ment be sffirmed, and t~at the Street Superintendent be, an~ <br />he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a warrant <br />in the form and manner required by law, and shall record th~ <br />same in the office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br /> <br />
