A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD 0F TRUSTEES 0W THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE II~[PROVING OF A PORTION OF ~APLE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF SANTA AlgA; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR II~:PRO~fEI~ENT TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL GR ORDINARY PUBI.IC BENE FIT; DECLARING T.TIE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WORK AND I~PROVE~.~ENT, -~.ND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EX- PENSES THEREOF; PETE-Ri'lINING THAm BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES, AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR II~PROVE~iENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH. The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California, pursuant tO the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amend ments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: SECTION I.
