ordering the Street Superintendent of said City to abate such public n~isanee; AND WHEREAS, in pursuance to the above numbered Resolutions the Street Superintendent did abate such n~isanc~ and kept an itemized account s~d report of the costs and ex~ penses thereof; and whereas, the said Street Superintendent has given notice required by law in which notice October 5th 1928, at the hour of 7:30 o~clock P.E. was fixed as the time and the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where any and all persons interested in the said repor' might be heard; and whereas, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted the said report, and 911 of said protests or objections to said report having been heard, it is hereby: RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha that all of said protests or objections to the said report of the work d~ne be, and the same are hereby~ overruled, and the report be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed to file a copy of said report with the Tax Collector.
