The C~.ty of Ea Habra further agrees to provide for the future collection and disposal of the sewage developed and ori~inated in La Habra Sanitary District incl~ding that portion thereof which is within the corporate limits of the City of La Habra; ¥~ereas, it appears to the Bo~rd of Trustees of the City of Santa &ua that the City of La i~abrs desires to be and should be substituted for La Habrs Sa~itsry District in that certain supplemental Joint agreement ~ade and en~ tered into by La Habra Sanitary District, and the Cities of Santa Aha, ~aheim, Fullerton, and Orange, and dated the 14tl day of October, 1924; Now therefore, it is by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha resolve5 as follows: Section 1. When Ls Hab~a Sanitary District has pa~sed s r~o- lution, and filed a certified copy of said resolution in the offices of the several clerks of the Cities of Sant~t Ans, AnaheiHU Fu].lerton and Orange, requesting and consenting to the substitution of the City of La Habra for an~ in the plac and stead of La H~bra Sanitary District in the above men- tioned supplemental joint agreem~¢, and in ~nd to all the rights, privileges,and advantages of La Habra Senitary Dis- trict in the said snpplemental joint agreement, and in and to the joint outfal~ sewer therein r!entioned and referred to and further relinquishing all the rights of La Habra Sani- tary District in said supplemental joint ~greement and out- fal~ sewer; and when the City of La Habra has passed a reso- lution and filed a certified copy thereof in the office of the several clerks of the said cities, accepting the s~zbsti- tution of the City of Ls Habra for and in the place and stead of La Habra Sanitary District in the said a~pplemental joint 8greement and joint outfall sewer, thereby agreeing to be bound by the terms of sa~d supplemental Joint agreement equally a~d to the sa~e extent ~nd in the same way es La H~bra Sanitary District ia now bound thereby, and further agreeing to fulfill, discharge p~rform~ and carry out every term~ provision, duty, and obligation, ineludlng the payment of money therein imposed upon and or required of La Habra Sanitary District, at the time, under the conditions, and in the manner in said supplemental joint agreement set fort~ stated, and provided for, the Clerk of t?~e City of La Habra sha~l, in writing, notify the Secretary of the Sanitary Board of La Habra Sanitary District of the date of filing the certified copies of such resolutions in the office of the clerks of the several cities, and thereupon L~ Habra
