The above and foregoing Resolution was duly intro- duced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at a regular meeting there~of held the 19th day of October, 192~, and passed by the affirmative vote of the followfng~ named members thereof, and signed and approved by the Presi- dent of said B~rd of Trustees, attested by the Clerk, to-wit Ayes, Trustees C.H.
