Street, West Walnut Street ~na West Pine Street; and wherea on the Vth day of 0ct.~er, 1028, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed sn assessment to cover ~e sum due for the work performed and specified in the contract' m~de under proceedings for the said improvement, which asses meut diagram was aoproved by the Board of Trustees of s aid City on the 1Vth day of August, 1925. AND WMERFAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha has given notice required by law in which notice of October 26thm 1925, at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and the. Council Chamber of the City Hall of sa~ City as the place wbeme any ~nd no person inte~e~-~d in the said work might be heard; ~nd whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with tbs Board of Trnstees a written objection to said assessment as required by ]aw; ~nd whereas, at the tim~ ~et for he~r~ng protests or objections the Board of Trustee~ of said City proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment or the work done having been heard, it is hereby RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections agalnl said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the same are hereby, overrttled and denied, and the asse~ ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, ani he is hereby directed to attach t~ said assessment a warran' ~n the form and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the office of said Superintendeht of Streets. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution wa duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trusteem of the City of Santa Aha, at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of October, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit: A~es, Trustees Geo McPhee, F.L.
