RESOLUTION NO. 1581 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1497, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIB ING THE IENOMINATION OF SUCH BONDS, AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR ISSUANCE. WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list of %unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form required by law, that the warrant, assessment and dia- gram recorded on the 22nd day of September, 192§, for the work and improvement made by Ralph E. Welch under that cer- tain contract awarded to him on the 29th day of June, 192§, on North Garnsey Street, and tha~ said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment, and after the full expira. tion of twenty (20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Cle~ of said City of Santa And, a complete list of all assessment: unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, now upon evi- dence shown this Board deter~nes that the assessments there~ mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof be- ing the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-six and 45/ 100 ($1,235.48) Dollars, and that no assessments have since been paid, and that there~now remains unpaid the sum ~ One Thousand, Two Hundred Thirty-six and 4§/lOOth ($1,236.48) Dollars upon the assessments shov~u upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intentioz No. 1497 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa And, passed the llth day of May, 1925, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the list of unpaid assessments filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the ~anner required by law to appear before the Board of T~ustees of the said City of Santa And, California, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of ?:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 26th day of October, 1925, and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the secu- rity of the unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superin- tendent'e list; and WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and form required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments bearing interest at the rate of six (6%} per cen' per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in
