described in the specifications for saiA work, known as speci fications for Assessment District No. 116, on file in the of- fice of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 26th day of October, 1925, as the specifications fc~ the aforedescribed work by ResolutiOn No. 1578. Reference is hereby made to said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for a full description of said improvement, and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof the same as though set out in full herein and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. GRADE SECTION III. The grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution, is that shown on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the Board of Trusteew of the of Santa Aha, California, that the grade shown on said plans and profiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby de- clare and determine and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the ~manner provided in the Improvement Bond Act of 1918, the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT SECTION V. That the contemplated work and improve- ment hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of said Board of Trustees of more th~n local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made charge- able upon.the district hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereby declare said district to be the dis- trict benefited by said work and improvement, and to be asses sed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot V, Block A, Tract No. 282, as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, page 33, Records of Orange County, California, said point being also on the East line of South Main Street, . thence East along lot lines, across Cypress Avenue and a con- tinuation along lot lines to the Southwest corner of Lot ?, Block B, of the said tract; thence North along the West line
