REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORK OR IMPROVEMENT, OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED, OR BOTH. The Board of TEAstees of the City of Santa Ana, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, an the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and amendments to said Acts ~o ~esolve as follows: SECTION I. That the public interest and convenienc require, and it is the intention of the ~oard of Trustees of the City of Santa An~, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said City, to-wit: In, on and along the roadways of the following des- cribed streets or avenues: Stanford Street from the East line of South Main Street to the West line of Maple Alley. Orange Avenue from the South line of East Edinger Street to the North. line of Pomona Street; excepting there- from the intersection or part thereof ordered improved in this proceeding as a part of Stanford Street. The work and improvement on the above described portions or roadway is more particularly described as follows 1. The grading and paving of Stanford Street and Orange Avenue for and with a five (5) inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement in the manner and locations and of the ma- terials as are shown on the plans, profiles and cross-sec- tions, and set forth in the specifications for the said im- provement, to which plans, profiles, cross-sections and speci fications reference is hereinafter made. 2. The excavation for and the construction of ce- ment concrete curbs on said streets, where curbs do not now exist, and as shown on the plans to be conmtructed. 3. The excavations for and the construction of sanitary house connecting sewer laterals of the materials an( at the locations and otherwise as set forth in the plans and specifications. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS SECTION II. Ail of the above described work and improvement is specifically shown in, on and by plans, pro~ files, an~ cross-sections, consisting of three sheets num- ber$d one to three respectively, on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the said City on the 26th day of OctobeT 1925, by Resolution No. 1578, as the plans, profiles and cross-sections to be followed in making the improvement here- in referred to, and as set forth in and more particularly
