Me6el¥ <br />Clerk of the City of ~anta Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> No. 1884. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Sants <br />Ara, on the 5th day of October, 1925, passed its Resolution <br />of Intention No. 1574, to order the hereinafter described <br />work to be done and improvement to be made in, on and along <br />a portion of Maple Street in said City, which Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1574 was duly and legally published twice in <br />the Santa Ara Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper pub- <br />lished and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as re- <br />quired by law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. <br />Herrick, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of <br />said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 9th day <br />of October, 192§, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1574, the Street Superintendent <br />of the City of Santa Ara conspicuously posted along the line <br />of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br />three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 22 in all, <br />notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, hea-: <br />ded NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as <br />provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a dis- <br />trict, also conspicuously Dosted copies of said No~ice along <br />all of the open streets and alleys w{thin such district, not <br />more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, on ea~ <br />street, and did post on each street at least 3 notices, and <br />on said streets 22 notices; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Ara commenced to post said notice on the 14th day of <br />October, 1925, and fully completed the posting thereof on <br />the 14th day of October, 1928, more than ten days before the <br />day set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed <br />work and improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of <br /> <br />4S <br /> <br /> <br />
