Neff, Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana, <br />filed in the office of the Clerk of said City on the 17th <br />day of October, 1925, and now on file therein;and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber theredf <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the L>nd day of <br />November, 1925, being the day, hour and place named in the <br />Resolution of Intention and Notice of Improvement, when and <br />where any and all persons having any obSections to the pro- <br />posed work or improvement might appear before the Board of <br />Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should <br />not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of <br />Intention; and <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, all protests or objections presented hav- <br />ing been disposed of, overruled and denied in time, manner <br />and form as required by law, and the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Ana having now acquired jurisdiction to order <br />the proposed improvement, it is hereby: <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience <br />requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of <br />Trustees of the City of Santa Ana hereby orders the follow- <br />ing work to be done and improvement made in the City of Sant~ <br />Ana as follows: <br /> <br />reserva~on to ' t~o~erty l~n~$ <br /> <br />The <br /> <br /> All of the herein proposed work shall be done in <br />pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the Stat& of Call- <br /> <br />fornia, designated Improvement Act <br />thereto. <br /> <br />For further particulars, <br />to said Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />of 1911, and amendments <br /> <br />reference is hereby made <br />15~4, which is dated <br /> <br />the 5th day of October, 1925, and on file with the Clerk of <br /> <br /> <br />
