Ve6el~ <br />Clerk of the City of Oanta Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1588 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to statute, notice of filing list <br />of unpaid assessments was duly given in the manner and form <br />required by law, that the warrant, assessment and diagram re- <br />corded on the 6th day of October, 1925, for the work and im- <br />provement made by Ralph E. Welch, under that certain contract <br />awarded to him on the 29th day of June, 1925, on Olive Street <br />and Borchard ^venue; and that said warrant, assessment and diar <br />gram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, <br />together with a written statement of all payments received up- <br />on the said assessment, and after the full expiratio~ of twent <br />(20) days from the date of said warrant, the Street Superinter <br />dent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of <br />Santa Aha, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the <br />said assessment, which list is now on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk of said City, now upon evidence shown this <br />Board determines that the assessments therein mentioned were <br /> <br />then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of Six <br />T~ousand, Two Hundred Fourteen and 93/100 ($6,214.93) Dollars, <br />and that no assessments have since been paid, and that there <br />now remains unpaid the sum of Six Thousand, Two Hundred Four- <br />teen and 93/100 ($6,214.93) Dollars upon the assessments shown <br />upon said list. <br /> <br /> Reference is hereby made to Realution of Intention <br />No. 1504 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, <br />passed on the 25th day of May, 1925, for a complete descriptio~ <br />of the work herein mentioned, and to the llst of unpaid as~es~- <br />merits filed as above noted, for the assessments unpaid. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the <br />manner required by law to appear before the Board of Trustees <br />of the said City of Santa Ana, California, in the Council <br /> <br /> <br />
