Chamber of the City Hall of said City, at the hour of 7:30 <br /> otclock P.M. of Monday, the 9th day of November, 1925, and sho~ <br /> cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the <br /> unpaid assessments shown on said Street Superintendentts list; <br /> and whereas, at said hour on the 9th day of November, 1925, <br /> there was not a quorum present of said Board of Trustees, and <br /> no action was taken other than to continue said hearing until <br /> the 16th day of November, 1925, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br /> Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof <br /> at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 16th day of <br /> November, 1925, being the day, hour and place to which said <br /> hearing was continued when and where any persons wishing to ap- <br /> pear, might so appear and unpaid assessments shown on said <br /> Street Superintendent's list; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice was duly given in the manner and for <br />required by law that serial bonds to represent unpaid assess- <br />ments bearing interest at the rate of ~x (6%) per cent per <br />annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the <br />"Improvement Bond Act of 19la", the last installment of whidh <br />bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, <br />next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> And all interested persons having appeared before <br />this Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity <br />to show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security <br />of the unpaid assessments shown on said list, snd all objection <br />presented having been heard and considered; <br /> <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees does <br />hereby find and determine that no cause has been shown why bond <br />should not be issued upon the security of said unpaid assess- <br />ments,and does hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does <br />hereby overrule all objections thereto, and does hereby direct <br />the issuance of said bonds, and further <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS, that bonds shall be issued <br />upon the security of said unpaid assessments to said amount of <br />Six Thousand, Two Hundred Fourteen and 93/100 ($6,214.93)Dollar <br /> <br /> That said bonds shall be ten (10) in number, and <br />shall be dated November 16th, 1925, and bear interest at the <br />rate of six (6%) per cent per annum, and the denomination of <br />said bonds, and the dates of the respective maturities thereof <br /> <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Series Bond No. Amount <br /> <br />Date of Maturity <br /> <br />Z-1 1 $621.49 July 2nd, 1927 <br />Z-1 2 621.49 July 2nd, 1928 <br />Z-1 3 621.49 July 2nd, 1929 <br />Z-1 4 621.49 July 2nd, 1930 <br />Z-1 5 621.49 July 2nd, 1931 <br />Z-1 6 621.49 July 2nd, 1932 <br />Z-1 7 621.49 July 2nd, 1933 <br />Z-1 8 621.50 July 2nd, 1934 <br />Z-1 9 621.50 July 2nd, 1935 <br />Z-1 10 621.50 July 2nd, 1936 <br /> <br /> <br />
