Thefirst from October 27th, 1925, coupons thereafter shall and coupon of interest shall be for interest to January 2nd, 1927, and the several each b~for the semi-annual interest; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the ~ gnature of the Treasurer of said City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be llthographed or printed signature in place of a signa- ture by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of Said City of Santa Ana be, and he is hereby authorized and dire ted to deliver forthwith the bonds herelnabove enumerated to the contractor, Ralph E. Welch, in satisfaction of the balance due upon his assessment and diasram. RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa ~a, upon and along those open public streets in said City, commonly known as English Street and West Eighth Street, which portions are described as follows: English Street from the North line of West Fifth Street to the surveyed center llne of West Eighth Street; and West Eighth Street from the surveyed center line of English Street to a point 70 feet West of the West line of North Artes! Street; Said wor~ being described as follows: The construction of sanitary main sewer line along the above described portions of streets; the construction of manholes and flush tanks, complete with the necessary labor and materials.
