TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING SECTION V. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the 7th day of December, 1925, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. in the Cottucll Chamber of the City Hall of said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having any objection to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improve- ment, or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth written protests setting forth the grounds of their objections. PUBLICATION OF RE6OLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION~VI. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circu- lation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of In~ention shall be pub- lished, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper in the manner and form require~ by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that th~ Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or re! uted ov~ers, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION VII. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention,caus~ to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplate~ work or improvement, and along all the open streets add alleys within the hereinbefore dewcrlbed assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
