Ve~ely <br />~le'rk of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> No. 1591 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana, on the 2nd day of November, 1925, passed its Resolution o: <br />Intention No. 1583, to order the hereinafter described work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a portion <br />of Stanford Street and Orange Avenue in said City, which Reso- <br />lution of Intention No. 15B3,was duly and legally published <br />twice in the Santa &ua Daily Evening Register, a daily newspa- <br />per published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, all as <br />required by law, as appears from the affidavit of Edna L. <br />Herrick, principal clerk of the printers'and publishers of sa~ <br />daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office <br />the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha on the 5th day of November, <br />1925, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso. <br />lution of Intention No. 1583, the Street Superintendent of the <br />City of Santa &ua conspicuously posted along the l~ne of the. <br />contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, and 22 in all, notices of <br />the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF <br />IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, <br />and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- <br />ously posted copies of said Notice along all of the open street <br />and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on <br />each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 22 notices <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Aha commenced to. post said notice on the 10th day of Nov- <br />ember, 1925, and fully 2ompleted the posting thereof on the <br />loth day of November, 1925, more than ten days before the day <br />set for hearing protests or bbJections to the proposed work an, <br />improvement, all:as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, <br />Street Supertntmndent of said City of Santa Ana, filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of said City on the 16th day of November, <br />1925, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof <br />at the hour of 7:30 otclock P.M. of Monday, the 30th day of <br /> <br /> <br />
