57 I~ovember, 1925, bein6 the day, hour and place nar]ed fn the Reso- lution of Intention and Notice of Impr~zement, when and where any and all persoris having any objections to the proposed worR or L,~rovement might appear before the Bo~,rd of Trustees show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Reso]~ion of Intention; and WHEREAS, all protests or objections presented having been disposed of, overruled and denied in ti~.e, manner and fern as respired by law, and the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha having now acquired jurisdiction to order the proposed i~provement, it is hereby: RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience requires the work hereinafter described, and the Board of True- Santa ~ tees of the City of ana hereby o~'ders to be done ~nd improvement made ~n the City fo] lows: the following work of Santa A~na as aqd wi? k five (5~'in~ ~rtland Cc- All. of the herein proposed work shall be done in pur- suance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1583, which is dated the 2nd day of November, 1925, and on file with the Clerk of the City of ~anta Aha. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana is hereby directed to post a notice of said work~ together with the plans and speci- fications therefor conspicuously for five days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of Trustees, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered; he is also direc- ted to publish twice ~ notice inviting such proposals, and re- ferring to the specifications posted or on file, in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published an~
