BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the signature of the Treasurer of sai~ City upon the coupons attached to said bonds shall be lithographed or printed signature in place of a signa- ture by hand; and BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana be,~and he is hereby authorized and di- rected to deliver forthwith the bonds hereinabove enumerated to the contractor, Griffith Company, in satisfaction of the bal- ance due upon its assessment and diagram. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trusbees of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 30th day of November, 1~5, by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees C.H.
