Ve~el~ <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO <br />ASSESSNENT, APPROVING ASSESSNENT AND ORDERING THE <br />STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WAR]kANT AND RECORD <br /> <br />No. 1595 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana did, on the 8th day of June, 1925, pass Resolution of <br />tentlon No. 1512, for the improvement of West Santa Clara Ave- <br />nue; and whereas, on the lVth day of Nov., 1925, the Superin- <br />tendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to cover <br />the sum due for the work performed and specified in the con- <br />tract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which <br />assessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of <br />said City on the 21st day of September, 1925. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has <br />given notice required by law in which notice December Vth, 1925~ <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. was fixed as the time, and thc <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place <br />where any and all persons interested in the said work might be <br />heard; and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the <br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as re. <br />quired by law; and whereas, at the time set for the hearing of <br />protests and objections the Board of Trustees of said City pro- <br />ceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or objections <br />to said assessment or the work done having been heard; it is <br />hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana that all of the said protests or objections against <br />said assessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and <br />~he same are hereby overruled and denied, and the assessment be <br />affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is here <br />by directed to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form <br />and manner required by law, and shall record the same in the <br />office of said Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City <br />of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day <br /> <br />of December, <br /> <br /> Ayes, <br /> <br />1925, by the following vote, <br />Trustees <br /> <br />,Noes, Trustees <br /> <br /> Absent, Trustees <br /> <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br />C.H.
