Ve~el~ <br />"Clerk of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> <br /> ~o. 1596 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br /> Ana, on the 26th day of October, 1925, passed its Resolution of <br /> Intention No. 1582, to order the hereinafter described work to <br /> be done and improvement to be made in, on and along a portion <br /> of East Firs~ Street, Cypress Avenue, Lacy Street and Evergreen <br /> ~treet in said Cit~ which Resolution of Intention No. 1582 wa: <br /> duly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evenin <br /> Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the <br /> City of Santa Aha, all as required by law, as ~ppears from the <br /> affidavit of Edna L. Herrick, principal clerk of the printers <br /> and publishers of said daily newspsper, and which affidavit was <br /> filed in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on <br /> the 16th day of November, 1925, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said Reso- <br />lution of Intention No. 1582, the StreetSuperlntendent of the <br />City of Santa Aha conspicuously posted along the line of the <br />contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hun- <br />dred (300) feet in distance apart, and 129 in all, notices of <br />the passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF <br />IMPROVEMENT, in manner, form and substance as provided by law, <br />and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicu- <br />ously posted copies of said Notice along all of the open street <br />and alleys within such district, not more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, on each street, and did post on <br />each street at least 3 notices, and on said streets 129 notices <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Santa Ana commenced to post said notice on the 9th day of <br />November, 1925, and fully completed the POsting thereof on the <br />9th day of November, 1925, more than ten days before the day <br />set for hearing protests or objections to the proposed work and <br />improvement, all as appears by the affidavit of Nat H. Neff, <br />Street Superintendent of said City of Santa Ana, filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of said City on the 16th day of November, <br />1925, and now om file therein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the B~rd of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha was duly in regular session at the Council Chamber thereof <br /> <br /> <br />
