Ninth Street, West Eighth Street, West Sixth Street and North <br />Artesia Street; and whereas, on the 2nd day of Dec., 1925, the <br />Superintendent of Streets of said City filed an assessment to <br />cover the sum due for the work performed and specified in the co~ <br />tract made under proceedings for the said improvement, which as- <br />sessment diagram was approved by the Board of Trustees of said <br />City on the 17th day of August, 1925, <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana has <br />given notice required by law in which notice December 21st, 1925 <br />at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.~. was fixed as the time, and the <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place where <br />any and all persons interested in the said work might be heard; <br />and whereas, no person aggrieved has filed with the Board of Tru2 <br />tees a written objection to said assessment as re~ired by law; <br />and whereas, at the time set for the hearing of protests and ob- <br />jections the Board of Trustees of said City proceeded to hear th~ <br />same, and all of said protests or objections to said assessment <br />or the work done having been heard, it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Sant~ <br />Ana that all of the said protests or objections against said as- <br />sessment or the work done under said proceedings be, and the sam, <br />are hereby overruled and denied, and the assessment be affirmed, <br />and that the Street Superintendent be, and he is hereby directed <br />to attach to said assessment a warrant in the form and manner re. <br />quired by law, and shall record the same in the office of said <br />Superintendent of Streets. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the 9oregoing Res~ution was dul <br />and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of <br />December, 1925, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H.
