Ail sf the he~-~[n proposed work shall be dons in pursuance of ~n Act of the Legislature of the State of C~'lifornia, designated Improvement Act of 1911, and smen~nents thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1:590, which is dated the 16th day of November, 192.5, and on file with the C].erk of the City of Santa Ans. The Clerk of the City of S~nta Aha is hereby directed to post a notice of said work, together with the plans and speci- fications therefor, conspicuously For f~ve days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Board of ~z'rustees, inviting sealed proposals, and referring to the specification posted or on file, in the Santa ~na Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper pub- lished and circulated in the City of Santa ~na, and hereby desig- nated for that purpose.
