The grade to which the work shall be done <br /> and the improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution, <br /> is that sh~n on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of <br /> the City Engineer, towhfch sa~d profiles reference is hereby made <br /> for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by thc <br /> Board of Trustees of the City Ge Santa Aha, California, that the <br /> grade shown on said plans and profiles ia the official grade to <br /> which the work herein ordered shall be done. <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OW BONDS <br /> <br /> SECTION IV. The said Board of Trustees hereby declare <br /> and determine and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to reo- <br /> resent unpai~ assessments, and to bear interest at the rate of six <br /> (6~) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner <br /> provided in thc Improvement Bond Act of .1915, th~ last installment <br /> of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of Jul <br /> next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> SECTION V. That the contemplated wo~< and improvement <br /> hereinbefore mentioned, is, in the opinion of the said Board of <br /> <br /> Trustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the ex <br /> <br />. pense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the dis- <br /> trict hereinafter described, and said Board of Trustees does hereb <br /> declare said district to be the district benefited by said work an <br /> improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses ther~ <br /> of, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, Stat~ <br /> of California, and described as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at a point on the center line of West Sixth <br /> Street 58.V5 feet East of the East line of North Syca~nore Street; <br /> thence East along the center line of West Sixth Street to appoint <br /> 58.75 feet West of the West line of North Main Etreet; thence Sout~ <br /> parallel to North Main Street to an intersection with the center <br /> line of West Fifth Street; thence West along the center llne of <br /> West Fifth Street to a point 58.V5 feet East of the East line of <br /> North Sycamore Street; thence North parallel to North Sycamore <br /> Street to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> TI~E AND PLACE OF HE_&RING <br /> <br /> SECTION VI.
