The grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which is provided for in this Resolution, is that sh~n on the profiles therefor, on file in the office of the City Engineer, towhfch sa~d profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by thc Board of Trustees of the City Ge Santa Aha, California, that the grade shown on said plans and profiles ia the official grade to which the work herein ordered shall be done. DESCRIPTION OW BONDS SECTION IV. Any and all persons wishing to protest said improvement or the assessment district, or both, should file with the City Clerk prior to the date herein set forth, written protests, settin forth the grounds of their objections.
