PUBLICATION OF RESO!,UTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> SECTION VII. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily <br />newspaper published and circulated and of general circulstion in the <br />City of Santa Aha is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this <br />Resolution of Intention shall be ~blished, and the City Clerk of said <br />City is hereby directed to cause thin Resolution of Intention to be <br />published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner and form <br />required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable <br />that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or <br />reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF I~!PROVEM~T <br /> <br /> SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of the said City <br />shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be <br />conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or im- <br />provement, and along all the open streets and alleys within the herein <br />before described assessment district~ notices of the passage of this <br />Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required b~ law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intention <br />was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the Board of Trustees <br />of the.City of Santa Ana, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held <br />on the 28th day of December, 1925, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees C.H.
