204 The expense of said work or improvement is by said ~esolutfon of Intention made chargeable upon s district, which said district is described in and by the said Resolution, and is shown by a plat or map thereof on file in the office of the City Engineer. All o* tbs herein proposed work shall be done in pur- suance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated Improvement Act of 17]1, and amendments thereto. For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1429, which is dated the 16th day of February, 1925, and of Sant~ Ans.
