Resolution Admitting Buema Park ~-~ Sanitary District to <br />the Joint 0utfall Sewer. <br /> <br /> No. 1819 <br /> <br /> The Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha d9 resolve <br />as fellows: <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the city of Santa Aha hereby consents te <br />the admission of Buena Park Sanitary District to the Joint 0utfall <br />Sewer and approves an amendment to the Joint agreement for that purp¢ <br /> <br /> Resolved, that this consent is given upon the consideratiol <br />that all of the cities and sanitary districts interested in the Join1 <br />outfall sewer adopt a like resolution and execute a supplemental <br />Joint agreement for that p~rpose. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Santa <br />Ana execute and deliver in the name of the city a supplemental <br />Joint agreement, for the admission of Buena Park Sanitary District. <br /> <br /> The above and foregoing Resolution was presented and <br />passed at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the CiJ~ ef Santa <br />Ana held the 19th day of September, 1~2~, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES; Councilmen <br />NOES; Councilmen <br />ABSENT;Councilmen <br /> <br />W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, Stanley E. <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />J.
