BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said City Council <br />hereby, rejects sll of said proposals or oids except the next <br />herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing <br />said work and improvement ~o the lowest responsible Bidder, <br />to-wit: LAN~ CONTRACTING <br />bid for the doing of said <br />adopted, where alternative materials were <br />other par'tlculars as submitted in its bid, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item No. 1.
