RESOLUTION NO. 1828 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA iNA, CALIFORNIA, R?I~TING TO THE ISSUANCE OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1740, DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS; PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATION OF SUCH BO~S AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR IliSUANCE IN ANNUAL SERIES: WHEREAS, of unpaid assessments required by law, that recorded on the 30th pursuant to statute, notice of filing llst was duly given in the manner and form the warrant, assessment and diagram was day of August, 1927, for the work and improvement made by Drew A. bernard, under that certain con- tract awarded to him on the 9th day of May, 1927, upon Third Street from Broadway to French Street, Fourth Street from Ros Street to Main Street, and North Sycamore Street from First Street to Church Street; and that said warrant, assessment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said City, together with a written statement of all payments received upon the said assessment; and after the fUll expirat of thirty (30) days after the date of recording of said warrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of said City of Santa Ana, a complete list of all assessments unpaid upon the said assessment, which list is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said City; now upon evidence shown, this City Council determ~ that the assessments therein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggregate thereof being the sum of $11,685.82, and that there has been paid since the filing of the list of unpaid assessments by the Street Superintendent, the followin assessments, to-wit: Assessment No. 43 for $471.06, Assessme No. 54 for $533.76, Assessment No. 55 for $194.63, Assessmen No. 139 for $194.62, and Assessment No. 154 for $194.62, and that there now remains unpaid the sum of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Two and 50/100 Dollars ($9,902.50), upon the assess- merit shown upon said list. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1740 of the Board of T~ustees of the City of Santa Aha, passed on the 21st day of March, 1927, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned, and to the llst of unpaid assessments filed as above stated for the assessments unpaid; and WHEREAS, interested persons were notified in the manner required by law to appear before the City Council in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.
