RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> NO. 182V <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work <br />to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon <br />those public streets in said City commonly known as Broadway, <br />from the North line of Sixth Street to the South line of Santa Clar <br />Avenue and Fifteenth Street from tile east line of Broadway to a <br />line 128 feet east of and parallel thereto, consisting of an <br />ornamental lighting system complete, all as prepared by the City <br />Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 148 for the <br />improvement of the above described streets and submitted this <br />l?th day of October, 1927, be and the same are hereby adopted as <br />and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting held on the 17th day <br />of October, 1927, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, M.O.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
