.forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-section on file in the Office of the City Engineer, and specifications for Assessment District No. 148, on file in the Office of the City Clerk which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 182V on the l~th day of October, 192V, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ara, as the plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for said work and improvement. Said plans, profiles, cr~s-sections and specifications are referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work and improvement, the same as tho~tgh set forth in full herein and shall be directory as to the location of all work to be done, the kind of material to be used and the type of construction. CHANGE OF ~RADE Section 3. The grade to Rich the work shall be done and improvement made, which is provided for in this Resolution is shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade, and it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ara, California, that the grade shown on s~id plans and pi, ofiles is the official grade to which the work herein ordered DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4. The said City Council hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represen unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 191S", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) yea~s from the 2nd day of July next succeeding ten months from their date. D~SCRIPTION 0FASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 8. That the contemplated work and i~provement hereinbefore mentioned is in the opinion of said City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinaft. described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to be the district benefited by said work and improvement and to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which ~strict is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ara, County of Orange, State of Callfo~nia, and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Sixth Street 100 feet East of the East line of Broadway; thence West along the North line of Sixth Street to a point 100 feet West of the West line of Broadway; thence North and parallel to the ~est line of Broadway to an intersection with the South line of Santa Clara Avenue; thence East along the South line of Santa Clara Avenue to a point 100 feet East of the East line of Broadway; thence South and parallel to the East line of Broadway to an intersection with the North line Of Fifteenth Street; thence East along the North line of Fifteenth Street to a point 128 feet East of the East line of Broadway; thence South across Fifteenth shall be done.
