The work to be done as hereinbefore set forth, shall include the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary for or appurtenant to the construction and completion of all work herein specified. Together with such other work or improvements as are noted on the plans and specifications which shall be considered as incidental to the above described work and improvements, and no additimal compensation shall be allowed therefor. Regerence is hereby made to a License Agreement on file in th~ office of the City Clerk, and executed by the proper officers of the General Sewer Flusher Company, permitting the use of a patented article made by said company, and known as the Maddox Sewer Flusher. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 3. All of the foregoing work is fully sot forth, delineated and described on p~ ns, profiles and c~oss-sections c~ file in the office of the City Engineer and the specifications for assess- ment district No. 130, on file in the office of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by Resolution No. 1831 on the 24th day of October, 1927, by the City Council of the City of Santa Ara, as the plans, profiles, cr~s-section~ and specifications for such work and improvement. That said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work and improvement, and by reference are incorporated in this Resolution of Intention, the mame as though set forth in full herein. GRADE Section 4. The g~ade to which the work shall be deme and improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shall be that ~hown on the profiles therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 5. The said City Council does hereby declare and determ ne, and notice is hereby give, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to be~r interest at the rate of six pr cent (6%) per annum will be issmed hereunder, in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", the last inst~llment of which bonds shall mature ni~e years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months from their date. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT I~STRICT Section 6. That the contemplated work and improvement here- inbefore mentioned is in the opinion of said City Council of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the expense of said work and improvement is made chargeable upon the district hereinafter described, and said City Council does hereby declare said district to ~e the distrt benefited by sald work and improvement and to Oe assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, which district is bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the surveyed center lines of South Main Street and Delhi Road which is also an angle point in the City boundary line; thence West along the surveyed center line of Delhi Road to an intersection with the surveyed center line of South Bristol Street; thence North along said center line a distance of 155 feet; thence East and parallel to Delhi Road a distance of 155 feet; thence North and parallel to South Bristol Street to an intersection with a line 25 feet North of and parallel to the surveyed center line of ~est Edinger Street; thence East and parallel to said center line of ~est Edinger Street to an intersection.with the surveyed center line of South~a~h Street; thence South along said center line to an intersection with the Westerly extended East and ~est center line of Blocks A, B, and C, of Tract No. 252 as per map thereof on file in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 13, Page 33, Records of Orange County, Calif~.nia; thence East on said last mentioned line to an intersection with the West line of Maple Alley; thence South along said ~est line to an intersection with the ct
