RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1838 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED: That the deed executed by D. Jones, et <br />ux, in favor of the City of Santa Aha, a Municipal Corporation <br />conveying all that certain real property situated in the City <br />of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, and <br />particularly described as Lot Nine (9), in Block "E", of <br />Tract No. 344, Eastwood Park, subject to reservations, <br />restrictions and conditions of record be accepted, and the <br />City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to record the same <br />with the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana, at an adjourned regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 31st day of October, 1927, by <br />the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, ~.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
