R~,~SOLUT_ION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> NO. 18~7 <br /> <br /> RESOLi~D, that the plans and specifications for <br />the work to be done and improvement to be made in the City <br />of Santa Ana, upon and along that open public street in said <br />City, commonly known as Grand Avenue, from First Street to <br />Fourth Street, all as prepared by the City Engineer and <br />designated as Assessment District No. 144, for the improve- <br />ment of the above described street and submitted this 7th <br />day of November, 1927, be and the same are hereby adopted as <br />and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby Certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the <br />City Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting <br />held on the ~th day of November, 1927, by the following vote, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBrlde, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox. <br /> Stanley E.
