129 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION <br /> <br /> NO. 18~8 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ESTABLISH <br /> SET-BACK LINES UPON EAST AND WEST SEVENTEENTH <br /> STREET, EAST AND WEST FIRST STREET, SOUTH MAIN <br /> MTREAT AND A PORTION OF NORTH MAIN STREET; AND <br /> FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS <br /> TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SAID SET-BACK LINES. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Santa ~na pursuant to <br />the provisions of O~dinance No. 813 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />prescribing.the method of procedure for establishing set-back lines <br />in the City of Santa Ara, do resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1.. That the public interest and convenience <br />requires, and it is the intention of the City Council of the City <br />of Santa Ana, California, to establish set-back lines upon the <br />following streets in the City of Santa Ana, between which and the <br />respective street lines of said streets it shall be unlawful for <br />any person, firm or corporation to erect any building or structure, <br />or to place any structure thereon, to-wit: <br /> <br /> West Seventeenth Street on the South side thereof from <br />the Wemterly City Limits to Main Street, fifteen (15) feet outside <br />of the present South llne of said Street. <br /> <br /> West Seventeenth Street on the North ~ide thereof from the <br />Westerly City Limits to Bristol Street, fifteen (18) feet outside of <br />the present North llne of said Street. <br /> <br /> West Seventeenth Street on the North side thereof from <br />Bristol Street to a point 1195.88 feet East of_~the East line of <br />Baker Street, ten (10) feet outside of the present North line of <br />said Street. <br /> <br />Wewt Seventeenth Street on the North side thereof from a <br />point 1195.88 feet East of the East line of Ba~er Street to Greenlea: <br /> <br /> fifteen (15) feet outside of the present No~th line of said <br /> <br />Street, <br />Street. <br /> <br /> West Seventeenth Street on the North side thereof from <br />Greenleaf Street to Main Street fourteen (14) feet outside of the <br />present North line of said Street. <br /> <br /> East Seventeenth Street from Main Street to the Easterly <br />City Limits on both sides of said Street, ten ~(10) feet outside of <br />the present North and South lines respectively of said street. <br /> <br /> West First Street on the North side thereof from the <br />Westerly City limits to Main Street, ten (10) feet outside of the <br />present Not, th line of said Street. <br /> <br /> West First Street on the South side thereof from the <br />Westerly City Limits to the East lin~ of Tract No. 259, ten (10) fee~ <br />outside of the present South line of said Street. <br /> <br /> West First Street on the South side thereof from the East <br />line of Tract No. 259 to a point 690 feet East of the East line of <br /> <br /> <br />
