County, California, to the Northerly limits of said City, twelve feet outside of the present East and West lines respectively of said portion of said street. Section 2. Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of December, 1927, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall of the said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having any objections to the establishment of said set-back lines, or either of them, may appear before the City Council and show cause why an ordinance should not be passed and adopted establishing set-back lines upon the above mentioned streets in accordance with this resolution. That all persons desiring to so appear should file with the City Clerk of the City of Santa ina, before the hour herein set a written protest against the establishment of said set-back lines designated herein, or any part thereof, and no other protests or objections will be considered. Section 3. The S~ta Ana D~!y Evening Register, a daily newspaper ~bllshed and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ana, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by one insertion in said newspaper, which publication shall be at least ten days before the time of said heari~ Section 4. The Street Superintendent of said City shall after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention cause to be conspicuously posted in front of each block or part of block upon the streets, or portion of streets, where said set-back lines are proposed to be established a copy of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form prescribed by said Ordinance No. 813 of said City. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intentio~ was duly and regularly introduced and passed, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at a regular ~eeting thereof held on the 7th day of November, 19~7, by the following vote, to-wit: AYES, NOES, ABSENT, TRUSTEES: J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, M.G.Knox, Stanley E.
