RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1839 RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon those public streets in said City cow~only known as Flower Street, fro~u Edinger Street to Fairview Ave- nue; Garnsey Street, from Edinger Street to Fairview Avenue; Patton Stree% from Edinger Street to Fairview Avenue; VanNess Avenu% from Edinger Street to Fsirview Avenue; Ro~$ Street, from Edinger Street to Fairview Avenue; Birch Street, from Borchard Avenue to the North line of Tract No. SS~; Broadway, from Borchard Avenue to Fairview Avenue; Sycamore Street, fro~ Borchard Avenue to Russell Avenue; Borchard Avenue, from Flow- er Street to Main Street; ~flshire Avenue, from Flower Street to Main Street; Russell Avenue, from Flower Street to the East line of Tract No. 6~8; Russell Avenue, from the West line of Tract No. 458 to Main Street, consisting of an ornamental lighting system complete, all as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 1BO fo~ the improve- merit of the above described streets and submitted this l~th day of November, 19~7, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
