PLANS, pROFILES, ~.~OSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section 2. All of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profile~, cross sections and detailed d~awings known as"the plans fc~ Assess- ment District No. 150" and as set forth in the specifications known as "the specifications for Assessment District No. 150", which plans, profiles, cross-sections, detialed drawings and specifications are on file in the Office of the City Engineer and are hereby referred to for the full and detailed deacrip- tlon of the said proposed work or improvement, and adopted by Resolution No. 18~ on the lath day of November, 1~27, by the Cit~ Council of the City of Santa Ana as the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement, on file in the office of the City Clerk and ~y reference are incorporated in this ResolUtion of Inten- tion, the same as though set forth in full herein. GRADE ~ection 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and the improvement made which are provided for in this Resolution shall be the grade as set forth in the plans, profiles, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications heretofore adopted and as shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said profi~ reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. Section 4. ~e said City Council does. hereby de- ~lare and determine, and notice is hereby given, that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments and to bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum will be issued hereunder, in the manner provided in the "Improvement Bend Act of 1915", the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) yea~ from the 2nd day of July next succedding ten (10) months from their date.
