RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
<br />PROPERTY OF THE CI~%~ OF SANTA ANA.

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1852
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it satisfactorily appearing to the City
<br />Council of the City of Santa Aha, that it would be for the
<br />benefit and best interest of the City of Santa Aha to sell th.
<br />real property hereinafter described; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, it further satisfactorily appearing to sai,
<br /> City Council that the said real property is unsuitable for
<br /> the purposes for which it is now being used; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, an adequate and sufficient consideration
<br />has been offered to the City of Santa Ana for said described
<br />real property by A. Tu~k and Anna Turk, his wife, as Joint
<br />tenants as to an undivided one-half interest;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it would be
<br />for the benefit and best inte2est of the City of Santa Ana
<br />that the following described real property belonging to said
<br />City of Santa Ana, and situated in the City of Santa Ana,
<br />County of Orange, State of California, and more pa~ticularly
<br />described as follows, to-wit:

<br /> Lot Seven (7) in Block Six (6) of the Original
<br /> Town of Santa Ana, as per map thereof recorded in Book
<br /> 2, Page 51, of ~iscellaneous Records of Los A~geles
<br /> County, Califomia,
<br />
<br />be sold for the sum of Thirty Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty-
<br />five Dollars ($30,325.00), to A. Turk and Anna Turk, his
<br />wife, as Joint tenants, as to an undivided one-half interest
<br />and N. White and Pauline ~ite, as Joint tenants, as to an
<br />undivided one-half interest, and upon payment of said sum to
<br />the City of Santa Ana that a good and sufficient deed be
<br />executed and delivered forthwith to the said A. Turk and Anna
<br />Turk, his wife, as Joint tenants, as to an undivided one-
<br />half interest and N. White and Pauline White, as Joint tenant~
<br />as to an undivided one-half interest, by the City of Santa
<br />Aha, and that the ~ayor of the City of Santa Ana and the City
<br />Clerk of said City respectively execute said deed on behalf
<br />of the City of Santa Ana, conveying all of the right, title al
<br />interest of the City of Santa Ana in said real property, said
<br />City of Santa Ana to give up possession of said property on or
<br />before six months from the date of s~id deed as shall be
<br />determined by said City of Santa Ana.

<br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
<br />duly and regularly introduced, ~%sed and adopted by the City
<br />Council of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereoJ
<br />held on the Sth day of December, 1927, by the following vote,
