RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> NO. 188~ <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and specifications for the work <br />to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana, upon <br />and along that open public street in said City, commonly known as <br />Franklin Street, from Myrtle Street to First Street. <br /> <br /> Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as <br />Assessment District No. 147, for the improvement of the above <br />described street and submitted this 12th day of December, 1927, be <br />and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and spec- <br />ifications for doing said work. <br /> <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br /> <br />and regularly introduced, <br />of the City of Santa Aha, <br />the 12th day of December, <br /> <br /> AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />passed and adopted by the City Council <br />at an adjourned regular meeting held on <br />1927, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.G.Knox, <br /> Stanley E.
