Ail of the foregoing work is fully set forth, delineated and described on the plans, profiles, cross. sections and detailed drawings known as "THE PLANS FOR ASSESS- MENT DISTRICT NO. 149" and as set forth in the specifications known as "THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 149" which plans, profiles, crcss-sections, detailed drawings and specifications are on file in the Office of the City Engineer and hereby referred to for the full and detailed description of the said proposed work or improvement, and adopted by Resolution No. 1844 on the 21st day of November, 1927, by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, as the plans, profiles cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications for said work and improvement on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and by reference are incorporated in this Resolution of Intention, the same as though set forth in full herein. GRADE Section 3. That the grade to which the work shall be done and improvements made, which are provided for in this Resolution shall be the grade as set forth in the plans, pro- files, cross-sections, detailed drawings and specifications heretofore adopted and as shown on the profiles therefor on file in the Office of the City Engineer, to which said pro- files reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS Section 4.
