RESOLUTION NO. 1859

<br /> A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the
<br /> City of S~ta Aha, California, determining
<br /> and declaring that it will be for the interest
<br /> and advantage of said City to become a party
<br /> to the Joint agreement proposed by Waste
<br /> Water Disposal Company, a corporation, and
<br /> others.
<br />
<br /> The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha,
<br />California, do resolve as follows:
<br />
<br /> Resolved: That it will be for ~he interest and
<br />advantage of the City of Santa Ana, California, to become a
<br />party to the proposed Joint agreement between the Cities of
<br />Santa Aha, ~naheim, Fullerton, Orange and La Habra, and
<br />Placentia Sanitary District and Garden Grove Sanitary District
<br />all of Orange County, California, as parties of the first
<br />pa?t, and Waste Water Disposal Company, a corporation, as
<br />party of the second part, whereby said Waste Water Disposal
<br />Company is granted permission to discharge water into the sew~
<br />pipe line of first parties.

<br /> Resolved: i~at the president of the Board of
<br />Trustees, and the Clerk of said City of Santa Aha be, and the
<br />are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of said City,
<br />to Join in, execute, and deliver said Joint agreement; pro-
<br />vided all other designated parties to said agreement adopt
<br />llke resolutions and also execute said Joint agreement.

<br /> I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
<br />Resolution was regularly introduced before, read, eonsi~ered,
<br />passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of
<br />
<br />Santa Ana, C~ifornia,
<br />of December, 1927.
