PUBLICATION--OF RESOLUTION --OF ~NTENTION <br /> Section ?. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily <br />newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the <br />City of Santa Ana is hereby designated as the newspaper in which thi <br />Resolution of Intention shall be published and the City Clerk of <br />said City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention <br />to be published by two insertions in said newspaper, in the manner <br />and form required by law. The City Council does not deem it <br />advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improvement <br />to owners or reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same <br /> <br /> POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> Section 8. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, <br />after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be <br />conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated w~k or <br />improvement and along all the open streets and alleys within the <br />hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage <br />of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and form required by <br />law. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Intentio~ <br />was duly and regularly introduced and passed by the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Ana, at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br />19th day of December, 1927, by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, TRUSTEES: <br /> <br />NOES, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT, TRUSTEES: None <br /> <br />J.L.McBride, W.J.Kelly, W.O.Knox, <br />Stanley E.
